You notice most of these guys are taking short deals with the teams they played for last season.

The cap dropped almost $20m. It's going to go up a bunch.

They're staying put where they're already sure of their situation and banking on a better payday later.

I would consider floating a 4th or 5th for Ertz, especially since we have multiple 4’s

We don’t see this that often, but it’s good. Some players value loyalty over money, loyalty over winning. It’s good to see that there are some players left that don’t chase the bag or ring. They’d rather be loyal.
