**** YEAH! Class is cancelled tonight. About to head out to play soccer.

Still haven't eaten today. Odd. Will report back on fasted performance after 1 hour spin class, 1 hour of lifting and then soccer. Shouldn't be too bad.

College: The only product on earth where one is happy to get less for their money. :)

The contact twist, and the tutorial.

This ON Whey stuff is pretty tasty. And cheaper than Jay Robb. I think I'll switch.

NP.

I'm not quite at the 100 lbs mark. I'm at 3x5 per side at 70 lbs + the bar. I'll get there in a month or two, though.

Indeed. Only this is worse, because my undergrad was all paid for by scholarships and I'm paying for grad school on my own lol

Did you get extreme milk chocolate?

Silock 03-30-2010 07:14 PM

Yeah... I'm tired. Could still sprint quite a bit, but recovery between was a bitch. Might skip leg day tomorrow, or at least go light.

Mr. Flopnuts 03-30-2010 07:34 PM

I'm not going gung ho this week. I had enough frustration last week and discovered I, indeed did consume about 25% more calories than normal due to the extra working out. I'm going to take the advice I've been given on numerous occasion and just chill out. Relax. And enjoy the ride.

Ran 2.5 miles today. That's it outside of some leisure Rockband playing.

What I am focusing on is eating more cleanly. Instead of starving myself all day and then eating something that may or may not contain the calories they claim it does, I'm focusing on eating whole foods that I'm preparing.

The fact is, when I eat salad I lose weight. Now, I've lost some weight not eating salad, but I lose weight consistently when I eat salad. There isn't anything out there that I can't live without long enough to finish this process.

I guess what it comes down to is I'm going to quit being cute about it and just do what I know works.

At least you didn't get discouraged and quit, Floppy.

Well done.

Matrix. The Cookies n Cream rocks.

Shag 03-30-2010 09:08 PM

Can anyone compare the EAS chocolate whey to the ON whey? I'm about out of my EAS and need to buy some more. I'll pony up the extra $$ for the ON, if it's worth it...

So I do a full body workout 3 times a week. What could I throw in that would build my forearms up?

Start by making sure you grip the bars as tight as you can when lifting
