Buy those wraps I posted earlier. The compression will help keep you from reinjuring it.

Suck. I sprained my thumb in school. It took FOREVER to heal. Couldn't hardly write for a month.

I think there are some tape techniques to stabilize it but it's your thumb.

There's lots of weird dudes out there. At least he knows what he's talking about. So he gets metaphysical sometimes. Oh well.

I bought a brace last night. It worked. Didn't get hurt again in the game tonight, so that's good. Still can't even crank the car because I can't put enough pressure on the key to turn it lol

I found some on Amazon around $15-20 a piece. If the pain comes back then I'll buy them. I think the shoes helped a lot.

Elliot Hulse knows more about strength training than most of us ever will. Definitely worth checking out his videos.

Start that bitch with your forefinger and middle finger. You'll hate life far less.

Mind telling me which brace you got in case I ever do it again? I hyperextended it last year and almost pooped my pants. It turned out to be not bad at all, but I was worried about it. I'm epic boned without my thumb.

Buy them now and wear them. Don't **** around with shin splints.

I've followed him for the last couple years. Dude definitely knows his stuff and offers no BS advice.

He had some good life experiences with PEDs also.

Theres no doubt in my mind it creates an incredible strain on the heart if pushed for distance, what I/many many people do is different... we blast out in short bursts, take a short rest then blast again... but it isn't prolonged torture on the heart and lungs.

If theres one thing I HATE its long distance running, that shits just plain old unnatural... I circuit train to keep my heart rate up ie; short distance, high output followed by prolonged but steady effort such as my newly coined "picnic table jumping"... been doing it for years, just now gave it a name.

Did my first bit yesterday, mostly just stretching and warm up jogging... it hurt like hell and still does, oh well, Rome wasn't built in a day.

I think that we're talking about the same thing then.

My "distance" training consists of track work. Sprint the straights and walk the turns. I'll do this for 3 or 4 miles.

This is what I meant by stress and recover.

Too late. My left one's been hurting since I woke up. Right one is fine. It's got to have something to do with the way I run with my left foot. Tore a ligment several years ago and have never had a good range of motion in that foot.

Never said that. Wendler has said this many times.

I have stated cardio is not the most effective way to burn off and keep off fat.

Omar Isuf and Elliot Hulse are the guys I watch on YouTube a lot.

So... Today is personal trainer day, we're going over dead lifts, and it's leg day.

It's like a triple bonus!

I think Luv wants to do pelvic thrusts on her trainer.
