He may or may not have been driving the Lambo.

He got a lawyer who is a Texas state senator.

Seems no one was seriously injured and would be impossible to prove he was under the influence at this juncture if they can even prove he was driving.

So my vote is probably a slap on the wrist but to early to tell.

As a note of comparison, some moron in Colorado got caught doing 150 mph on his motorcycle not long ago, and just settled with a plea bargain today.

It appears that the moron is actually a Texas resident, which explains the extradition fees.

Considering nobody was really hurt in this whole thing it seems unlikely they spend that much work on this case.
