I'm not swimming through a river of shit in this thread to look for one nugget of news that may or may not exist.

So bottom line it - he good? He ****ed? Or, too early to tell?

You mean the witness that said the cars were stolen no way cause they could not afford them? Just wow.

Not him, the woman he’s talking to in that moment. And if you had been there in that moment that wouldn’t have crossed your mind given that they all quickly took off? Seems like a common sense reaction.

This is reminiscent of a few vocal enemies of the Chiefs on this board during the Tyreek saga.

Specifically SAUTO, who aligned himself with Brooke Pryor, Angie Ricono, Kevin Kietzman, etc.

And after nothing happened and Tyreek played/helped the Chiefs win a Super Bowl… SAUTO vanished.

History will threepeat.

Those other cars should’ve gotten out of his way. He clearly had somewhere important to be, hence the high speed.

Selfish other drivers caused a bad wreck.

Likely too early to tell truthfully speaking. We have no idea what the police know, or what conversations Rice has had with them.

The crowdsourced opinion is 85 percent He Good and 15 percent He Not Good.

Did SAUTO **** your wife? How are you still carrying that?

Bottom line. Skimming through the river of shit

Facts that almost everyone could agree.

Rice was there and is the guy in the red bandana leaving the scene.

He may or may not have been driving the Lambo.

He got a lawyer who is a Texas state senator.

Seems no one was seriously injured and would be impossible to prove he was under the influence at this juncture if they can even prove he was driving.

So my vote is probably a slap on the wrist but to early to tell.

Bottom line is that we’re all biased towards the likely facts of all of this because we don’t want Rashee Rice to leave the Chiefs because of how good he is. Would the same defense be applied to Kadarius Toney, Skyy Moore, Justyn Ross, or Justin Watson? Last thing I want to see if the Chiefs parting ways with Rice because of all of this.

If Skyy or Watson did this they would be as stupid as Rahee Rice. But thats all it is.....stupidity! Stupidity to drive like that and not think of what could possibly happen. Suspend him but don't release him as we have all done stupid shit before. Let the law take care of the rest of it.

Nice summary and hopefully he gets a slap on the wrist and ****ing learns from all of this.

Best news I've heard yet.

As a note of comparison, some moron in Colorado got caught doing 150 mph on his motorcycle not long ago, and just settled with a plea bargain today.

https://www.9news.com/article/news/c...GT1zmDL0wGr6NU

His deal is:

Pay a maximum fine of $300
Serve 14 days in jail (jail time already served)
License to be revoked in Colorado
Pay $1,996 in extradition fees

It appears that the moron is actually a Texas resident, which explains the extradition fees.

Suspend him from the third preseason game.

Okay, so they have Rice at the scene.

They'll probably/presumably have security footage from the restaurant with him drinking, potentially with the number of drinks he had. But maybe not. But maybe.

As far as the timeline goes:

Did they go straight from the restaurant to the crash?

If so, is there security cam / video footage of him getting into the driver seat?

If so, is there a trail of footage that leads to the crash, without any major gaps in between?

Considering nobody was really hurt in this whole thing it seems unlikely they spend that much work on this case.

Dang, a State Senator for your representation? That has the smell of the Clarks on it....

Appreciate it
