Alex Bad Ass Smith will have a great year.

But he is no statue back there. He is still pretty young and fairly mobile when he goes. It is just the lack of consistent decisiveness.

Alex has had to run his ass off so far in PS games. Looks elusive to me, especially with a Big Run. Jeez people are just bitching because they have painted themselves in a corner hating the guy before he ever threw a FN pass. Anyone that doens't think his leadership has been Huge in the offseason has not been paying attention. Once the O-line gets it together- he will be cutting defenses apart like a surgeon.

Romo QBs the Ravens in the last super bowl vs the 49ers.

Does he win it?

They don't get there with Romo. They don't beat the Broncos with Romo. Romo is prone to the Clutch INT.

Stop it.

And there is what separates JOE FLACCO, from the likes of Tony Romo, Matt Schaub.

Joe is constantly clutch, Romo constantly chokes.

Trick question, Romo's Ravens don't make it to the SB.

That was my point to the guy I asked. Romo is too inconsistent.

There is a difference between inconsistent and being a choke artist. Eli is somewhat inconsistent but he is clutch. Romo is usually pretty good unless it counts.

Thank God we have Alex Smith. Why, if it weren't for his toughness and leadership, we might still have Matt Cassel with his toughness and leadership.

That throwing the ball about, elusiveness in the pocket, and making multiple reads is just a bunch of hornswaggle, I say!

Dude, duuude... c'mon, don't stand on the buckboard and sell that snake oil...

Those two players have sooo very little in common, Smythe may not be a Montana and Unitas lovechild, but his airspace is a full mile above cassel...

Can you ATLEAST wait six games to render a Final Judgement?

Will 3-3 on a new team under a new system be enough?

Or do you want to be an aristocrat who demands 4-2?

That's all i want, just give me the parameters of your wrath... just what is it going to take, regular season to get us into the playoffs, to say "hey, maybe its not the end of the world just yet!"

In what way has his leadership this off-season been huge?
