Pretty hard to dispute it's not Rice at this point. I questioned it yesterday as well but seeing he has that outfit on while out is pretty damning. The Lambo is rented in his name. The 2nd one out of the front of the car is the guy with that same Vintage sweatshirt. He looks to be crossing over from the driver's seat in the video. The guy in the Gray shorts gets out of the back. So, if Rice is the guy in the Vintage sweatshirt, and it looks 99.999999% that it is, then he's the driver. Period. We might as well chalk it up to "he ain't good" and stop the bullshit and hope that he is good.

He might not get much or any jail time but he's going to get some hefty fines and a shitload of community service to go with a few misdemeanors if he doesn't, and the league is absolutely going to suspend him for more than 2 games. Call a spade a spade gents. We might see him mid-season.

Florio is stirring s*** up. He’s a lawyer and should know better. Even if what Rice did falls within the statute (which is debatable), he’s a first time offender with solid representation. While the penalty can be up to five years it is doubtful he would see any time.

That said, Rice is going to pay a hefty price in game checks lost and costs to repair the vehicles (doubt street racing is covered in his insurance policy).

Hopefully, he wises up, grows up, and loses those friends.
