I hate to say it, but Jose definately had a very weak arm

There are a few on there with weak arms, for sure, but I'd say 50% of them have played a lot of 3rd base as well as 2nd base, and some shortstop...

And 3rd baseman, by rule, are suppose to have the strongest arms of the three...

Most of those 2nd baseman, like I said, played a whole bunch of shortstop in their careers.

And do you know why most of them were moved to second?

Lack of arm strength. If Shortstops are moved to third it's due to lack of mobility.
