herm is a fair evaluator of defensive talent. He don't know shit about the O'..
Except how to put one on a scoreboard.

His lack of talent in evaluating offensive players and his play calling are what get QB's killed.

I'm not even sure he's a good talent evaluator, people are coming off of Vermeil who was so horrible at it that anything is better...

Herms overall history is pretty average.
