I don’t k now if its been mentioned yet but you should really consider heading to therapy/counseling. The majority of the time there is a reason we do shit like this and until you figure out what that is and come to terms with it, it doesn’t matter how many times you stop, the root of the problem is always there readying you for a relapse. It really takes some balls to put this out there, I hope it ends well for you.

I have tried so many times to quit cold turkey. I am on board with you man. I started a thread a couple years ago about being a drunk and there were some awesome responses in that thread about what it takes. More than anything, you have to do it for yourself. I am just sick and tired of being sick and tired. My children are also to the age, that I know they are very impressionable and I don't want them to become me.

It also makes you look older. No more 9ers for you.

I'd take up home brewing. Now I never have to worry about where my next beer is coming from.
