ok so we now have some draft analysis from chiefscafan

I''m happy to pop in and give my analysis on the annual chiefsplanet mock draft

so here we go

detroit - excellent pick Stafford is the qb a franchise can build around and let's face it they need all the help they can get.

rams - Jason Smith. Kid has tremendous talent will be the next pace . Offensive line is allways a safe pick well unless your name is Mandrich

KC - Wow sanchez a major head scratcher. Seeing the chiefs just tradded for cassel this doesn't make much since.

Seahawks- Monroe great pick. Young powerful o lineman just what this team needs. The Housh signing makes picking receiver not a priority.

Browns- Curry . Excellent line backer can play in mangini's switch to 3-4 should of probably been the kc pick.

Bengals Brown. Very talented and quick boom or bust type player.

Raiders- Macklin very quick and ellusive just the type of player AL likes

Jags - Crabtree great steal shouldn't have fallen this far definite steal

Packers - Raji . Stout against run and can be dominant

49ers - Orakopo Could be great only question is what happend to him in the Oklahoma game?

LMAO

Everyone in the top 10 is kicking ass except the Chiefs, huh? Sounds about right, per the national media.

Explain to me why Brown is a boom or bust player when Orakpo is not.

Give me ONE reason.

And if that's your only question about Orakpo I have to wonder if the Oklahoma game is the only one you watched.

In the '08 draft, many thought that the Falcons could be looking at Glen Dorsey to fill a spot in the middle of thier D-Line, and Peria Jerry could get a look here, but the Falcons also lost LB Michael Boley to the Giants in free agency, so going with "The Patriot Way" since Thomas Dimitrof is the GM, the Falcons select Clay Matthews, OLB, USC.

Many will think this is a little high for Matthews, but he fits the Patriot model, smart, tough, and a hard worker, and will be able to come in and start right away.

bdeg 03-03-2009 08:31 PM

Not to mention Brooking. I expected Matthews to go to a 3-4 team but I think he can even be an impact player in the 4-3.

Spicy McHaggis 03-03-2009 10:14 PM

Clay Matthews would have been the pick. Searching for a pass rush the Phins select:

Larry English, DE/OLB, Northern Illinois

Really? We used our first two picks on QBs?

Is that not the ****ing craziest thing you've ever heard?

the dude took Gholston #1 overall last year...

Thank ****ing god Hamas isn't our GM...

You're an idiot. You ruined this whole mock draft by doing something stupid...you should have realized that Cassel was the QB and drafted accordingly, instead you made the first round of this draft completely unrealistic by taking Sanchez...something that WON'T happen at #3 now that we have Cassel. Way to go, you arrogant ****tard.

It's not my fault the ****ing FO wants to ruin Glenn Dorsey and trade for a QB with less ability who came from a ****ing silver spoon offense.

No, you're an arrogant asshole who just mocked OTWP's hard work in putting this thing together by ensuring the entire 1st 15 picks won't be legit because you did something that will never happen at #3...

So way to go.

The Chiefs ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE A QB AT #3. They aren't going to spend their first two picks, TWO HIGH PICKS, on QB's...

So Hamas basically just spit in OTWP and everyone participating in this draft's face.

I guess he did it out of spite for the Cassel trade...which is more than what can be said for him taking Gholston #1 overall last year.

so the new regime should allow ONE draft pick to dictate the future of the organization?

They clearly believe in a different system...you suggest they allow one guy to hold that belief hostage?

For being as intelligent as you are, you certainly are an arrogant dumbass.

Imagine that Hootie showing up and being a complete moron.

:banghead:

It's like taking Sanchez at #3 and Freeman at #34...

WOULD NEVER HAPPEN. You're ****ing stupid.

Imagine that, ChiefsCountry, the biggest dick sucker of the drafturbators, chiming in on behalf of one of his boyfriends.

Sorry dickwad, you'll never be as relevant to this board as the true drafturbators, but I bet they'll keep letting you suck their dicks as long as you don't bite.

ChiefsCountry 03-03-2009 11:23 PM

I'm Hootie, I'm a cool bartender who sucks off shitty players like Huard and Thigpen and can make cute little names on a message board.

Hootie 03-03-2009 11:23 PM

maybe with the next Chiefs draft selection Hamas will draft someone that fits the 4-3 because he doesn't agree with our switch to the 3-4!!!

This could be the best mock draft yet! Draft a whole bunch of guys that completely contradict the way Pioli is taking the organization! PROVE YOUR POINT HAMAS!

****ing idiot.

How do you strike out the most coveted GM prospect in YEARS in less than a month?

That right there shows how incredible arrogant/ignorant the know-it-all Hamas Jenkins is when it comes to football...regardless of how infrequently he uses incorrect grammar.
