They may have the same Salary Cap but every team doesn't have the same amount of cash on hand via luxury suites, etc. which turns into signing bonus money.

I don't think Hunt and Haley are going to just go throw a bunch of money at guys when our core clearly isn't ready to compete for a Super Bowl. As that changes through the draft hopefully, I think you'll see us spending more money.
