Unlike you, I realize it's early in the season, but there has been improvement in stopping the run. We've moved up 12 spots since last years 30th ranking, and are ahead of teams like the Giants, the Packers, the Cowboys, and the Chargers. We've also only given up one run of more than 20 yards, while giving up TWENTY SEVEN such runs last year.

It's easy to look at 0-3, and throw a childlike fit because we're not winning the Super Bowl yet, but you, and MANY others apparently have forgotten where this team is coming from. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither are football teams that were decimated by Herm ****ing Edwards.

I suggest you and the other nancies take up heavy drinking for the forseeable future, as we won't be winning a lot of games this year. Sane people understand this, and are willing to give a little slack.

Bravo.

crap. i did it without realizing. anyway, its just 3 games. we have to see if there is any improvement at the end of the season. im a reerun for voting...and reading this...im just going to shut up and go away now.

22 guys off the street could beat the Cleveland !@#$ing Browns.

Good thing we kept this guy around. It's pretty clear that all we needed to do was "give him more time!!!!"

Shoulda canned his ass 2 months ago. It was clear by the Raiders game that this team wasn't going to play for him. Worse still, it became increasingly obvious that the man just isn't smart enough to be in charge (yeah, lets just keep kicking away to Josh Cribbs).

Go ahead and give me the 'hindsight' BS. This guy was trash when he hired him, he was trash when this poll was created, he's trash now. Todd Haley is nothing more than the O-Coordinator version of Gunther Cunningham.

reerun filter, indeed.

It's really hard not to get on Haley, the past few weeks he's mad horrific playcalling decisions.

I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he's on real shaky ground IMO.

The best part of that is that he "Bravo'd" Buster Hyman immediately after the guy said:

Haley never should have been hired in the first place

If by "the past few weeks" you mean, "starting in week 1".

I'll say the same thing I said months ago - someone, ANYONE, give me a defense of Todd Haley other than "give him more time".

His actions from the moment he has been hired, from his staff, to player personnel, to game management, have been abysmal.

Jesus, imagine how bad this team would be if Herm hadn't drafted Carr, Flowers and Charles.

I hate Herm Edwards, absolutely despise the man. But he's a better head coach than Todd Haley.

He's not Bill Polian.

He deserves a bit of skepticism.

So far, every major move he's made I've disagreed with.

I hate the move to a 3-4
I didn't like the Haley hire
I despise putting all of our eggs in the Cassel basket.

I was happy when we hired him, but I'm not going to let that overshadow what I feel are poor decisions.

C'mon Eyepod, GoChiefs, Scott Free...

Where are you mouthy mother****ers now? Where are all those eye-rolling smileys and dipshit rhetoricals?

"HE JUST NEEDS MORE TIME!!!!!!"

Look at the progress this team is making! By week 5 of next season, we'll be in a position to give up 300 yards rushing to Ki-Jana Carter.

Looks like another poll is in order.

Rausch 12-20-2009 05:23 PM

I really don't know what Haley can do to completely **** up more.

They've already begun, they've just transferred the love to Cassel for today, and are stroking his monkey in different threads.

The best was Hootie crowing about our run D after Ray Rice annihilated us in week 1.
