How does the draft work exactly? 1 guy makes his pick in here? Then it's the next guys turn? How long do we get to make a pick?

I'll post rules before Monday - but basically, we'll start at Noon, and each owner has 24 hours to make their pick. Rarely does it take that long. If you think that your pick may come up and you will miss your 24 hour window, you can send a list of guys to me via PM.
