a good Qb should be able to overcome a CRAP defense that cant stop the miami dolphins and a horrible O-line that cant protect the QB and a running game that cant get yards AND also playcalling that is mind bogglingly stupid, and also wouldnt cause his receivers to drop so many balls. A good QB would win despite all things things. Win on his OWN.

Cassel got zero help today. That being said, and when I say this I am not just brushing it aside, a good QB needs to make throws under pressure. Certainly not saying under that much pressure, but I didn't see any good throws under pressure. He also got super happy feet for throws when he didn't have pressure.
The offensive line today was unacceptable. Same for the pass rush. As far as Cassel himself, he needs to do better under pressure. Can't ask him to have a great game under the circumstances today, but he has never made plays under pressure and I doubt he ever will.
If you walked away from this game just saying Cassel sucks and nothing else you have blinders on. If you walked away from this game thinking Cassel did nothing wrong, you aren't expecting or demanding a QB capable of winning a SB. We have work to do at plenty of positions. Problem for Cassel, although he gets paid very well for it, is that he plays the most important position.
