It is in KC. They haven't had a good RT since Tait left in 2003.

Well, maybe for most teams but definately not the Chiefs.

When is the last time they had a good right tackle?

And how often have they tried to address the position but failed miserably?

Who were the Right Tackles on the last 5 Super Bowl winning teams? It really isn't a position to give much a **** about.

What about Colbert, someone said he was released to make room for someone else.

Colbert was cut to sign Orton.

Cassel went to IR so they could continue shuffling Becht and Tucker.

2003 is still 30-plus years SOONER since we've seen a real franchise QB in this town.

We were questioned for suggesting Jared Gaither could be v good pickup for SD. Perfect in pass-pro. 1 penalty after being signed mid-week

What's your point? They both need to be upgraded.

Please. Thats one of the most absurd things I've heard.

It's part of the offensive line and every position on the offensive line is important.

I'd reccommend that you go back, rewind the tapes of past Chiefs games and just see how Richardson is a revolving door and couldn't pass protect if his life depended on it.

He is a big part of the reason why the Chiefs offense is at the basement in passing offense every year.

*Pass protection bro. Chiefs lack it.

*W/ no pass protection its harder to develop a passing game.

We have a true fan alert. True fan alert.

It is one of the most important positions, no doubt.

But I can't understand why some close their minds to other positions?

Football is a team game. Every position has value. Okay maybe some have more impact than others, but still....can't treat other positions like they are a grain of salt either.

FYP.

Most fans don't keep up with Offensive Linemen around the league.

Yep
its like the Field of Dreams, if you build it, they will come.

if you have a QB your chances of winning will come.

A good quarterback would make this line look great.

Absolutely. The O-Line is like a team within a team. You have to have guys who are at least serviceable at each position and one or two impact players. Then they have to play together over a period of time to develop chemistry. The O-Line positions aren't like any other in football in that regard.
