The witnesses said they saw two guns. Two guns were found.

How could they see it though? The cops could have brought up the guns to the witness during questioning.

But then he went and lied to the cops about having a gun after it was alleged by two witnesses that he not only had a gun, but flashed it.

Like I said earlier, Dummy probably won't do time, but don't be suprised if Goodell opens up a shoe store in his ass. Justifiably so, too.
