yeah that game was fishy...that kicker was either told to miss or had some $$$ on the game

that was a blatant on purpose miss

In 1996 Morten Andersen missed a 30 yard FG with 4 seconds left against Jacksonville... Jags made the playoffs. I think that's what he's talking about.

This was the other Jacksonville win a few years later. Probably even more amazing.

I can't imagine being a Saints fan(if that was the team). From epic play to biggest kick in the balls possible in sports.

I think it knocked the Saints out of the playoff race... although I don't think they were ahead or even favored to get the spot.

Alex Smith has shown he can win playoff games and against good QB's.

He wins a playoff game here and he's better than any QB this franchise has had since Montana.

Cunningham had all the tools, but he never had a chance with that offensive coaching staff. He should have put up some games like CK did against the pack. That kid is going to have so much talent around him for the next few years he has every opportunity to go down as one of the greats.

Russell Wilson and Kapernick are in much better situations than Luck and RGIII. I'd take any of them though :(
