And you can't throw a pick six that is a 14 point swing if the interception is only a 40 yard return.

You can if the other team scored 7 off of it. Call it a 10 point swing - how much did they lose the game by??

Exactly.

That one is on Green.

Absolutely, Alex Smith is in the top 40% of NFL QBs.

Him and Jacobs. Right up the middle.

Tannehill BLOWS.

To address hootie's comment that everybody is saying Alex is horrible, I'm not saying that. I am saying he's on the lower half of the average spectrum and I'm also saying that the way he plays exacerbates existing problems at other spots. Simply put, he doesn't do much to elevate play around him. Which is problematic when you consider his pay grade. He should have shown some ability to make the offense better than the sum of its parts.

Let's see. Dick Vermiel and Trent Green vs a fat ****ing white version of Germ Edwards and Alex Smith.

Gee that's not a hard choice.
Grandpa and Trent are light years better than than our pile of dick coach and qb.

And seem this is why I think that Alex Smith fans are so out of touch with reality, that it is comical. There isnt a quarterback on this list that would be traded straight up for Alex Smith. Not a one.

Bridgewater is the only player on this list that hasnt indisputably had more success than Alex (either personal or team wise), and he is a rookie that looks incredibly promising.

Did enough to get his team in the playoffs for four year straight. Literally what every Alex Smith fan says he is capable of doing.

Three superbowl rings among them with the possibility of a fourth (Because, remember, sneak into the playoffs and anything can happen).

Every one of these four but Tannehill would be better than KC has fielded since Green... And you can make the argument better than any QB the Chiefs have had since Montana.

If this were true than he would have been signed as a free agent from San Francisco. Or, you know, someone beside the most risk-averse franchise in KC would have tried to trade for the guy.

How many QBs often do? and who are they?

I'm talking about today, right now.

There's no way I take ****ing Eli over Smith today.

Does not compute.

Agreed. Yet in his 3rd season, he has already had 2 seasons that exceeded Alex's best season in passing yards and passing touchdowns.

You are kidding me right? The same Eli that just finished a season of 4,400 passing yards and 30 touchdowns? Oh ok.

No way you take a 2 time SB winner over a 1 time playoff winner.

Any idea how ****ing reeruned that sounds?
