don't know what ADP is.

Orlovsky thinks he could be a top-10 guy. I haven't watched enough of him to know. From the couple games I did see, he's no JAG. Especially when considering that he had two of the worst QBs in the league throwing to him all year, from behind a banged up OL.

Right now would you take him ahead of Christian Kirk? because Kirk finished 14th or 15th among all WRs in 2022.

I don't want Kirk either but ADP is average draft position.

So I expect him to be drafted higher than I value him.

FF is all about maximizing value. My point isn't that he's bad (I bought last year) it's that the expectations for 2023 are going to be too rich for my taste.

If the Chiefs had traded for Doubs somehow this offseason I bet we would be pretty pumped about having him.

Tbh, I don't remember anything said about Doubs. A quick check of his stats shows that he caught 42 balls for 425 yards. I had to watch a highlight vid of all his targets last season to remember who we're talking about.

He definitely flashed some talent, but also a lot of inconsistency with his route-running and catch mechanics. Though some of that might have just been alligator arm syndrome. He had a lot of drops, especially in traffic. Some were just balls he let get to his chest or shoulders, which is more about mechanics/technique. Some looked like he wasn't expecting the ball as quickly as it got to him, so maybe some timing issues in there. Wouldn't be surprising for a rookie.

Overall though, he showed a lot of talent/ability. I'll probably get flamed for saying so, but we might've been happier with Doubs over Skyy in 2022. He looks faster or at least quicker, with more deep speed, plus he's just a bigger target.

Ah, gotcha. Probably I should've been able to figure that out.

I get it though; the expectations are a separate issue. I'm trying to just evaluate capabilities. In terms of talent/skillsets, Garrett Wilson is a pretty good WR. If he were a Chief, the only WR we have that is possibly a more talented player is Toney. And it's not a given. If Toney isn't a consideration, Garrett would easily be the best WR in the building for KC. But that may not be the best example, because KC's WR room isn't great by any means.

But looking around the NFL, I can only think of maybe ten or so teams off the top of my head that wouldn't start him as either the WR1 or WR2.

Which is worse? Jets at 1 or Chargers at 3?

The list should be: Who does Rodgers throw under the bus first?

I saw show Path to the Draft on NFL Network discussing the 2005 draft and Rodgers long wait in green room.

I am now convinced that he would have been drafted much earlier if he held the ball in his dropback the way he does it now.

At Cal, He held the ball with both hands high by his helmet during his backpedal. Made him look like a dork.

That was on Cal Tedford taught them all to do that, and the failure of Tedford QB's in the NFL was a knock on him.

Wow, Aaron really wants to shove it in the Packers' face so badly that he's basically playing for free, and I don't blame him. Imagine if we made Mahomes go into a season with Bob Tonyan coming off an ACL tear at TE, Alan Lazard and 2 rookies at WR, and then acted shocked when the team went 8-9 and Mahomes' numbers slipped.

Dude is going to make them look ridiculous. They'll be lucky to win 5 games.
