Well sure, and so far I don't even know he was there. But any time a driver flees the scene, pretty bad look.

If there is any evidence of prior drinking and I was on the jury..., I think I know where I come down on reasonable doubt.

It's more than a bad look, fleeing the scene of an accident where someone was injured is a felony on its own.
