I’m not seeing it with the Texans unless the Chiefs completely shit the bed somehow.

The rest advantage. Experience advantage. Home field advantage. Talent advantage. Coaching advantage.

Just about every advantage goes for the Chiefs. Don’t see the pressure of a 3-peat being too much for the Chiefs in this one. If anyone can handle it, it’s this team.

If those guys play we will really take out the trash.

I actually thought Nikko has been a good PR and maybe better than Hardman this year

Exactly.

This shouldn't be within 10 pts. El Travador can empty the can - no more holding back. Offense is finally healthy.

Andy gets in his playbook and calls forth a few colon stretching red zone plays....

Should be thrown out of the league.

Ridiculous take. A penalty, maybe for being late, but nothing more.

Yeah, I think if the Chiefs play well, they win. Simple as that.

I know that may sound obvious, but I could see them playing well against Buffalo or Baltimore and losing a close one -- one key play goes against them, something like that. Or the 13-second game without the 13 seconds.

I predict the Chiefs, who hail from Kansas City, will win this football game.

Our defense will be so stifling we will bumble around on offense not trying to score because Andy is a sweetheart. 27-17. Late garbage TD from Texans.

Sure they scored 32 vs the Chargers but that was with a pick 6, 2 pt conversion steal (lol Chargers) and another INT that put them in FG position. That’s 12 points from the defense and ST’s.

The protection issues for the Texans is a huge deal as well. Stroud is the 2nd most sacked QB in the NFL and his only receiving weapon that scares anybody is Collins.

Think the Texans will struggle to get past 20 points in this game while the Chiefs can cruise to 30+ if needed. They let up last time with the Kareem slide to end it.

Feels like a 30-16 type of win for us

Yep. The Texans hardly looked "good". The Chargers were just awful.

This. It took a broken play and complete meltdown by Herbert to make the game look as lopsided as it ended up being.

I’d almost rather catch a team coming off that type of win.

Enough to inflate their egos a bit, but not enough to actually be concerned with them.

No excuses. Well rested. As healthy as we have ever been with plenty of time to game plan.

Not a lot of sure things in sports but this is about as close as you will get. If this is anything other than a win Andy better have a list ready with names on it because ****ers heads will need to roll.

Gonna be interesting to see what Bills/Ravens fans think about having Cheffers.

This game gives me big 2014 Chiefs vs Patriots vibes.

We were high off beating the Texans (ironically) and happy to be in the Divisional Round, but we were hopelessly outmatched. We needed everything to go our way to have a chance against the Pats. They played a B- game against us and we lost, it wasn't competitive at all.

The Texans are gonna need everything to go their way, or something catastrophic to happen to us for them to win.

It was 2015 actually. Same year as the Royals WS win.

2014 is the only season the Chiefs missed the playoffs with Andy Reid.
