I think the issue is more about power than actually about sex. These people enjoy using their power/status to impose upon other people.

I guess this is no different than players who actively attempt to hurt other players because they enjoy it. It takes a different kind of person to sacrifice their health and risk serious injury to play a game for money.

I can't imagine treating a woman like that, it's dehumanizing and indicates the perpetrator has some serious issues. I see is a symptom of larger issues of society.

From the sound of it he was banned everywhere and had signed statements from these spas. Which... Why would you even have that unless you wanted to protect your ass later.
