The biggest problem I have with that is, what if the AFC moves faster than the NFC and NFC teams with lower picks get screwed?

This is all contingent on people making timely picks, and the best solution for that is to make a 10-12 hour limit.

The rookie draft needs to be randomized.

Why? I think it is fair to do it opposite draft order as the teams at the bottom of the draft are at a disadvantage in this draft.

How do you figure? Look at the top five picks compared to the bottom five of the first round. You don't think that Manning, Ryan or Brady would be worth MUCH more than Roethlisberger, Cassel, Rivers, etc??

I'd much rather have been at the top of the veteran draft than the rookie draft, personally.

You also have to look at what they got BECAUSE it was a serpentine so look at the top five or the second and the bottom five because that second pick is extremely important too...I don't have a problem with the rookie draft because this means that I can get two players who were first rounders because I have the 12th and like 26th picks of the first round (or what would be if we had 32 teams but you get my drift)...I can live with that...

St. Louis gets: 8th round, 10th round, 14th round, 19th round

The St. Louis Stallions didn't think Beason fir the type of MLB they wanted so with trading him we were able to move up and pick back-to-back and are very happy with our picks. Kellen Winslow gives our offense another weapon while providing a solid safety valve for out future QB and a pretty good blocker for Ronnie Brown. Our next pick, Amobi Okoye, will turn only 22 soon and is entering his 3rd season and after hitting a sophmore slump we believe that because he is ready to start hitting his physical peak that he is poised to have a breakout year and even though some say he might be small, our combination of DTs rivals that of the beast combo of Anthony Mcfarland and Warren Sapp in Tampa back in the early 2000s...

Beason didn't fit the type of MLB I wanted and so when he came up with the idea of me moving up, I thought it was great, there is a huge gap but thats offset by two players in a row...

Well Beason was a make up pick that I made actually about the middle of the 3rd rounder, I was planning on taking Justin Tuck with that pick but shit happens, and he was kinda a huge reach at that point but I didn't really like the pick (it was a hurried pick and I'm looking for more of a thumper at MLB and Beason is an WLB/MLB in the 4-3 so ya...) well I was saying I was shopping Beason for the past 6 pages so....

So it appears that trubigdog is on the clock, right?
