What an embarrassing loss for Brady. He still had his all time favorite weapon, Gronk, and couldn’t muster a single point?

Saints SHUT OUT TB! **** you Tom Brady!
Only win this week was Buffalo - feeling great right now! GEAUX CHIEFS! :thumb: Oh and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL! Love the Chiefs Kingdom and you crazy ****ers! |
What a ****ing awesome day of football!
Brady loses and looks like a chump. Ravens go down AGAIN on a failed 2 pt. conversion. Titans have a game against the suck ass Steelers locked down at halftime and proceed to shit their pants in epic fashion in the second half and cough it up. Chiefs move into the 1 seed. Just complete awesomeness. Between today, Pats getting bitch slapped by the Colts last night and Thursday nights epic OT win while short handed . . . . . . . just a great ****ing week of football all around! More weekends like this please . . . . . |

Don't know what it is but the Saints have completely shut down the Packers and Bucs this season. Hopefully they can sneak into the playoffs and do the same thing there.

I would love to see them in the playoffs. If they play Brady, they’ll likely still have the game called against them but at least they’ll get a few shots in along the way. |

In first Bucs-Saints game of the season, Brady threw for 4 touchdowns/2 ints and 375 yards with Gronk barely playing in the game at all due to injury. So, not shutdown in that game but Bucs defense wasn't as good then. This game Tampa was obviously shutdown even though without the key Brady fumble and a missed FG and Gronk missing some makable catches, they would have at least kept it close. In this game Tampa ended up playing without arguably their 4 or even 5 best receivers if one considers Fournette a receiver. But not just Fournette out but one of his backups. Now to be fair to the Saints, they were also without key players including their starting QB who is out for the season. And even when Bucs had Evans/Godwin in this game, they didn't complete drives. If Bucs are without 2 of their key skill position players(Godwin, Antonio Brown, Evans, Gronk), they become very beatable by any team with a good defense. Tampa has a "top heavy" roster. The Saints do a good job with being physical on defense/playing tight coverages. Sometimes they hold/pass interfere but they usually don't in an egregious fashion so they may not have that reputation. |
Chiefs having to play Saints in week 15 last year may have cost the Chiefs the Super Bowl.
Saints needed a win to be #1 seed in NFC and played real physical and Chiefs lost several players. Trey Hendrickson was a beast. He is at Bengals now, but Saints D-line handled Tampa Bay's way above average O-line last night without Hendrickson. I think if you asked Brett Veach and Andy Reid about week 15 against Saints last year as a factor in not winning the Super Bowl, both would say that game did have an effect. Seems like week 15 against Saints could have a similar effect on Tampa Bay this year, Bucs lost a few great players to injury last night. |
I will never forgive Jared Cook.
If that piece of shit doesn't fumble the ball, they most likely go on to continue dominating the Bucs in that playoff matchup last year. Would have changed everything. |
This is the NFL's golden boy

I hope the media calls Brady out for that nonsense last night. I’ve seen QBs act unprofessional, but last night was the worst. Just uncalled for. Dude is acting entitled and like he’s never won anything before.

The BUCS claiming to own the blueprint to beat the Chiefs offense. Gets stronger on offense and weaker on defense. Is pretty ****ing hilarious
|
The Bucs OL got punched in the mouth and never bothered fighting back. Going to be a long week in the film room for them. The Saints tried to end Godwins season, and they did at least the regular season.

There was a play last night were Brady seemed to try to kick the guy that sacked him or tackled him after the throw. The Saints player may have been standing over him but not in a way that would normally draw a penalty.
The broadcast did not address it, but it seemed like that not every QB would be able to do that and not get a penalty flag. Referee John Hussey seemed like he was mad at Brady and said something, but he did not throw the flag. |
Chris Godwin tore his ACL and is done for the year pee Schefter. That’s a damn big blow for that team
|
To be fair, I remember playing the Saints, and they were dirty as ****.

The NFL was protecting their BS QB from the embarrassment of never being able to even win his soft NFC division. There’s no way they win the south without that injury. Do you at least admit to that? |

Before Godwin injury, healthy Bucs were the best team in the NFL. Team had been 10-3 with Gronk and Brown missing plenty of games.... Godwin wasn't their best pass catcher. Antonio Brown when healthy was better but given his very good run blocking -- Brown is weak at blocking -- and ability to even run for some first downs, he was their best overall receiver since he was so versatile.
With all of their receivers/tight ends healthy, Bucs had best receiving core in the NFL even if they may not have had a true top 10 receiver. I doubt they have the best overall receiver/tight end core in the NFL but should still be top 5 but counting on Brown/Evans/Gronk to stay healthy may be a tall order. I no longer think Bucs deserve to be favorites to win it all since I don't have confidence at all in most of the Bucs backup receivers and chances are someone among Brown/Evans/Gronk misses is injured at a key point in the playoffs. If the key remaining pieces for Bucs are healthy, they will be a tough out but I doubt they will all stay healthy given the ages and wear on Gronk/Brown... even Evans has been injured more and more. |

Still think the Pats make the playoffs? Just want to get you on record before the collapse. |
Sucks he not only tore his ACL, but also tore his MCL.
|
Remember when Al Bundy wasn’t a smug bitch? Pretty sure he became entitled about 1 second after Brady became a Buc. Will be entertaining to watch him turn back into a bumpkin when Brady retires.
|
Quote:
Brown is the best receiver they got but he is a fairly old receiver coming off an injury and suspension. Bucs have a small chance at #1 seed since Green Bay plays Cleveland, Vikings and Detroit. I just don't see that happening given Packers own the tiebreaker and have the one game lead. |
Quote:
To miss the playoffs, they would probably need to lose all 3 remaining games. If they just win the Jacksonville game that is probably enough to make the playoffs. Losing to both the Bills and Dolphins wouldn't surprise me but also losing to the Jags would. |
The Bucs had weirdly good luck last year during their Super Bowl run staying healthy. If I remember, they were the healthiest team throughout the season by a good margin.
I'm still pissed we had to play them with our offensive line completely decimated. They could lose Godwin, Brown, Gronk, and Evans and they might have an argument for having as impactful a string of injuries we had last year. |

Brady has a persecution complex. Injuries are part of the game when they happen to other teams, but they impact him personally, that's a sign the rules need changed. What a bitch.
