Oh I don't mean run the ball. I mean feast in the middle of the field and short passing game.

Intermediate middle of the field is WIDE open for Buffalo.

We can use Worthy on some misdirection but he should not be doing volume short throws to the sidelines.

It's even more lucky than that, there's an insane state that in their games between offense and defense I believe it was 27 fumbles happened, they recovered 25 of them, that's ridiculously lucky.

It was 24 of 29 or 83%.

The league average is about 49%.

Watching the Chiefs-Bills 2021 Divisional 13 seconds game on NFL Network (you know, the best game ever)…

NEver get enough of that game

That one TD pass was awesome.

Translation: we're going to cheat the concussion protocol again this week.

You're supposed to be full practice at least once before being cleared. Benford was conveniently listed as DNP for personal reasons. It's a loophole that they're exploiting because it's the playoffs. They wouldn't be able to do it during the regular season.

Bills secondary is going to get torched. KC has too much speed. Expecting Mahomes to light it up with deep throws. Early lead for Chiefs in a big double-digit win over Allen & the Bills. Mahomes will then win AGAIN in the SB over the Iggles. Thus cementing his position as THE GOAT.

[Allen might beat Mahomes on the links this summer as he'll have more practice time.]

Blitzing Buffalos I guess

Add to that, that BOGUS DPI that set up Buffalo's 3rd TD. That was clearly an OPI & the Ravens got screwed on that one.

But, you are right, Buffalo fans should NOT be feeling good about that game.

Shhhh. We can't talk about that, we're talking about how the Chiefs get all the calls right now. :p

Yeah - they play a ton of nickel.

I don't care.

We have quality complementary WRs and a HoF tight end who's going out there looking to empty the tank.

It's not a scheme problem -- it's personnel.

I'm fine with Hunt getting 18 carries -- I hope 14 of them are in the 2nd half.

I do not have any interest in coming out of the gates with this predictable run, run, pass shit.

Yeah I think we’re gonna see a healthy dose of 11 personnel with Worthy lining up in the backfield on some of those plays.

Andy’s gonna **** with their LB’s with extreme prejudice. Hollywood and Worthy’s speed is gonna be a force multiplier to those playcalls.

Go ahead and bracket Kelce. It’s only gonna open up a bunch of space for these speed demons.

Kind of makes you wonder if that was part of the script to feed Kelce last week and essentially ignore the wrs.

Just saw on X that Cole Bishop’s Passer Rating when targeted is 109.6 LMAO

A couple of things that stand out in my mind about this game.

1 - Allen vs Mahomes. Josh is known to do stupid things when he gets put behind the 8-ball. He has done very well this year at keeping those dumb plays out, but it's always there in his mind. His likelihood to choke might get pretty high if the Chiefs can get a good lead. OTOH, Mahomes is famous for his calm when the pressure is on. He makes good decisions and doesn't turn the ball over. He doesn't choke.

Statistic to prove my point? Josh Allen has 0 4th quarter comebacks and 0 game winning drives in the playoffs. Mahomes has 5 4th quarter comebacks and 6 game-winning drives. This is why Mahomes has postseason trophies and Allen does not.

2 - The Bills seem much too confident. This is just a feeling, but they seem like they have taken far too much from the regular season game. The game was a "must-win" for the Bills insofar as the race for the #1 seed was concerned and not nearly so important to the Chiefs. That is not to say that the Chiefs weren't trying, but they sure as hell weren't going to sacrifice any future to win that particular game.

I believe that the confidence we see from the Bills fans is indicative of how the team feels too. I don't think they have really considered the idea that there might be some reason why they often manage to beat the Chiefs in the regular season, yet lose to them in the playoffs. They were very, very confident in beating the Chiefs up in Buffalo last year too.

I think the Chiefs are going to win this game and the Bills will be crying, again, about how they were so close and that they're just as good as the Chiefs. They're not, but that is the one thing they will refuse to consider.
