Looks like the driver of the Lamborghini did turn on his emergency flashers before he fled, gotta give him props for that, unless they came on automatically.

LMAO... I think they come on automatically when air bags are deployed...

Clearly his knee hit the button when they swapped positions.

If mental gymnastics were an Olympic sport, we'd have some MF gold medal winners up in here!

Not getting better looking.

What if one of the people Rashee hit were on their way to murder someone?

Is Rice actually a hero?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Easy there, Sherriff Joe. There's no reason to overreact. Who are we to play God?

?... Most assume he was driving and would concede this or insurance wouldn't pay out. He will plead no contest to a misdemeanor of leaving an accident and pay some traffic fines. He will be suspended 2-4 games at most. This is worst case scenario.

Did you watch the video? Two people had to go to the hospital from a hit and run.

That's a felony by default. And he's still in hiding.

But hey, maybe he'll blow the right person. Does your crystal ball provide Power Ball numbers?

This is a valid point.

I'll post this again...

In Texas, the penalties for a hit and run accident depend on the severity of the injuries involved:
  • Minor Injuries: If the accident resulted in minor injuries, it's considered a third-degree felony. This carries a punishment of:
    • Imprisonment: 2 to 10 years in state prison
    • Fines: Up to $10,000
  • Serious Injuries: If the accident caused serious bodily injury, it becomes a second-degree felony. Penalties can be:
    • Imprisonment: Up to 20 years in state prison
    • Fines: Up to $10,000
Remember, these are the maximum potential penalties. The exact sentence will be determined by a judge based on the specific circumstances of the case.
Here are some additional points to consider:
  • Leaving the Scene: The key factor is leaving the scene of the accident without providing information and assistance to those involved.
  • Serious Bodily Injury: The definition of "serious bodily injury" in Texas can include injuries that significantly impair a body function or create a substantial risk of death.
If you're facing charges for a hit and run accident in Texas, it's crucial to consult with an attorney who specializes in criminal defense. They can advise you on the best course of action in your specific situation.

It looked like the passenger side airbag deployed. So I'm guessing they came on automatically. Also would explain why the guy with the Gucci bag said his chest hurt.

bumps and bruises are the reported injuries... and he will plead to a misdemeanor... You up for a bet?
