Newman was coming out of the turn and the 39 never had position and ran into Montoya.

You can bold all the words that you want. Doesn't change the fact that Newman was driving in a straight line and Montoya screwed up thinking he was clear.

This time however, it is fairly clear (to me, obviously not to you) that Newman was already there and Montoya drifted up into him. What happened next was that Montoya acted like a little bitch and tried to take him out. After the race he then ran off rather than confront Newman or even talk to reporters about it
