I'd say it's a top 15 job but in today's college football world it isn't a top 5 job. That's the point, hell I'd rate Michigan and Ohio State higher...along with the usual culprits.

If anything will deter prospective coaches it's the fact thatND will be on the outside looking in if the resumes are comparable come CFP time until the expansion.
