So they kept doing it. KU took what the WVU defense gave them for the most part. Throwing it to Doke, driving to the hoop, not taking bad threes. Plus the fouling down the stretch and Huggins double T when the game was decided didn't help.

Going into the last 5 minutes, WVU was 11-17 from 3...ridiculous. If yer gonna chuck it, yaint gonnna get fouls. They had fewer attempts inside 3.

Missing those last 3 in a row, they were due...no one shoots 50+% from three for an entire game.

Right when it looks like Baylor has it won, they throw it away when Tech has to foul. LMAO

Don't worry. Scott Drew's got this.

Do not care in the slightest. Again, Huggins' entire strategy is fouling because he knows the refs can't call them all. He even tells his players this. If WVU games were actually properly called, the differential would be even worse than that and he knows it.

The difference looks garish on paper. In reality, when you literally shoot a jumper every time you have the ball, you're not going to get fouled.

I hope Bill Self destroys him in his post conference similarly to the Bruce Weber headhsot kill.

I don't think Self dislikes Huggins like he dislikes Weber, so he'll probably let this one go.

Yeah, I realize they're drinking buddies and all that, but JFC. Huggins is ALWAYS crying about refs. Such a **** move when your team fouls non-stop.

Agreed..Squeeky is a shitty coach and whiner to boot.....
I like Huggy, but he rides the refs more than any other coach in the B12....

Right, if I were a ref, I'd tell that **** that if he doesn't calm the **** down, I'll tag Carter with 5 fouls before the TV time out. Lord knows he ****ing commits them.

Embed wouldn't work with the correct time stamp for some reason.

Within the top 50 (and probably greater), there are no long shots in college basketball.

BigRedChief 02-17-2018 11:10 PM

I didn’t see this comment yet so I will, Doke played a helluva game. His best in a KU uniform.
