The Geno Mafia stated that Geno was worthy of 1.1 and would be a GREAT QB. If Chiefs passed on him, some members said they'd leave forever. Others said they'd become a "Fan" of his new team.

It was ****ing bullshit.

The guy wasn't and isn't NFL Ready. He wasn't worthy of 1.1 or being drafted in the first round. He can't read a defense, he can't handle pressure, he's a poor leader and makes bad downfield decisions.

He *may* become an average to above average QB someday but he's clearly not ready to lead an NFL team.

And my thoughts on why he will fail in New York, has nothing to do with him.

It has to do with the lack of talent around him, the instability in the coaching staff, and the disconnect between the front office and coaching staff.

It is unfair to Geno. Its unfair to the players on the team really.

I feel bad for the kid.
