Sutton doesn't piss off Clark Hunt's local sponsors.

Clark's Super Bowl is when he receives the sponsor checks from the likes of Hy-Vee, University of Kansas Hospital, etc.

This is asinine.

By far, the largest source of revenues for NFL teams are the TV contacts.

Local advertising isn’t 1/100,000th.

Can someone please post a new thread once terms are leaked? This one is kinda done for me.

Brett Veach, to his everlasting credit... decided he was wasting NO time wheeling and dealing, particularly if his #1 CB had basically sued his way out of town

Brett Veach has been the dictionary definition of 'proactive' thus far, he wasnt going to waste his time trying to convince a hotheaded asshole like Peters to stick around and watch this team transcend space and time under Mahomes

Clamber aboard the Mahomes train or get the **** off

Unless something changes about the fact that Deion Sanders is a HOF CB despite being a less than stellar tackler, that will be the standard reply to the "Marcus Peters is a bad tackler" BS.

you need to get a cup of joe bro - this shit is stressing you out far too much - not trying to be a dick but - yes - chill - PLEASE - just for a few minutes -

Not as asinine as the Chiefs keeping Bob Sutton (and Clark going out of his way to defend the Chiefs keeping Bob Sutton), and trading Marcus Peters.

And that means they begged a team to take Peters?

If the season was a week from starting and Peters was about to be in the final cuts when they traded him for scraps, that would be begging. If it was week 8 and the deadline was about to expire and they traded him for scraps, that would be begging. Trading him 3 weeks before it can even happen is not begging.

You should really take a step out of your myopic Chiefs homerism and recognize that the rest of the NFL world thinks this is a terrible trade by the Chiefs.

Even the likes of Sam Mellinger... not exactly someone known to take a sharp stance on anything... is calling out the trade.

How many times are you going to reply to my same question without directly answering the question?

The only question that matters is...

Why was it SO hard to trade a 25 year old two time All Pro?

Why were there so many hard passes from shitlord franchises who should be BEGGING for his services?

Veach traded him before The Combine, before Free Agency and before the draft.

If Veach had waited until after the draft or during training camp, demand would have been MUCH lower because teams would have filled their needs.

Ya because no team has needs after all of that is over.

You’ve always been dumb as ****

What an amazing run
