The Vit K2 they claim is so critical in grassfed butter is readily available in egg yokes, cheese, chicken breast, and ground beef and pretty much everything you are already eating. In other words there are no health benefits over traditional butter and it cost more $. If it makes you feel better, by all means buy it. |
Just disregard the taste.

You're either eating like our ancestors, or you're not. If you're not, then stop trying to sell the whole paleo ancestral heritage mantra. |
Can we please get back on topic? Luv, how much of a badass were you in the gym today?

As for paleo (and I eat paleo somewhat), it's pseudoscientific bullshit with a great marketing narrative.

I went down the paleo path for a bit but it was too restrictive and start looking like keto in disguise. I would now call my diet "whole food". Things I've kept from the paleo day are grass fed beef, pasture raised chicken/eggs, fresh caught fish instead of farmed, eat organ meats, save bones and make my own broth. I think that's it. |

And Clay I will buy some and try it to see how badass it is. I like real butter. |
