I totally disagree. I knew a girl like this. The key is to get them something different from the norm. She would go nuts if I would tease her for a while before letter her have one. She said it felt more intense.

With a girl who takes forever, (try and) give her a faster one, and it will seem more intense to her, cause its a deviation from the norm.
