OSU is getting away with murder. Is holding no longer a penalty?

I'm not paying attention to every play, but it does seem like it's tilted towards OSU at the moment.

mu looks like dump, but credit osu with coming out w a great gameplan. still think they'll make a strong showing in the 2nd half. But this shows that mu is clearly vulnerable and the D looks pretty dumpy. okie st are the ones laying the blows while they're on offense and fighting for the extra yards.
