yep. there's part of me that allows myself to get engrossed in the 'horror' part of those types of movies and my mind marinates in the fear of situations that are perfectly fine/safe.
it's funny you mention that, though. I recall being younger, getting home a bit late, and I'd come home to an empty house--I'd either use my hand or a banana (heh) to 'james bond'/cop my way through the house, checking the rooms and shit. reeruned, but I find it funny now.
