Herm Edwards didn't give two shits what you had to say, but you kept saying it over and over and over and over and over.

At this point, "progress" shouldn't even be arguable, but it is, unfortunately.

This year has been painful for the fans ... no doubt.

but imo the Chiefs made the decision to limit what it did personnel wise because of all the transition taking place and because they wanted to evaluate the existing talent.

Changing GM
Changing Scouts
Changing Coaches
Changing schemes on both sides of the ball (dramatically on defense)
identifying and getting rid of cancer type players BEFORE you bring in new players to keep them from being negatively influenced.

seriously ... that's alot of crap do without rolling the dice on a bunch of new players.

this year sucked but imo it's too early to kick Pioli in the nuts about it.

Not goin to argue that... I agree with you....

But unless Clark comes out and says something about the season, then we are left to debate this over and over for the rest of the offseason...

Cause sadly, not one of us knows what Clark is thinking and if Clark considered the season a success or complete disaster...

That's just a silly comment. Are you a Mecca dupe or something?

Matt Cassel is a much better quarterback than Thigpen.

Far more than 2 of the players are better than those they've replaced.

So, other than getting just about everything wrong or acting as if the expected was somehow shocking when it occurred, you might have some semblance of a point.

You do realize everything here can be pretty easily argued the other way, Todd Haley is an abysmal gameday coach how is he any better?

Yep and now there are plenty saying the same thing about Haley and Pioli over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over...

So? Someone has taken my spot... Whats your point?

You often seem fairly invested.

He seems extremely invested in everything Patriot, dare critiquing anything sets him off like it's a personal affront to him.

Not at all. Pioli, Haley and Cassel are the 3 most often attacked members of the Chiefs now that Johnson is gone. It makes since that I would defend them the most if I think the attacks are unfair.

So why are you suddenly bitching about it? It was apparently okay with you last year.

No, I realize that you can CLAIM everything can be argued the other way.

Todd Haley doesn't deserve to be attacked even though he carries himself like a 15 year old with a temper problem and makes the worst gameday calls imaginable...leave Todd alone.

Defend Todd Haley go for it, maybe he'll flip you off then call a fake punt.

Haley's done some good things and some things that haven't been quite so good. That's the nature of coaching, particular when dealing with rookie coaches. The notion that Edwards was a better coach based upon Haley's one year of tenure in comparison to what Edwards failed to accomplish in Kansas City is laughable.
