A bit of friendly advice: When you open it DO NOT touch your finger to the stopper and place it on directly to your tongue thinking, "This can't be as hot as they say it is". You will be mistaken.
I like to eat "hot", but I put three drops of that in a bowl of chili and it's more than enough.

Yes. I'm generally a good tipper. I usually do 20% as long as no one does anything to irritate me, but the accepted standard is 20% for good service, 15% for average service, and 10% for poor service.

Eh, I like it. It links performance directly with pay. I'd hate to have a stellar waiter get paid the same as someone who is consistently an ass to his customers.

I tip generously when the service merits it. If you're a shit waitress/waiter and I have to wait for a drink....you're getting 5%

then don't go to restaurants where they pay servers $2-3 per hour. That's the only way to stop it, not by stiffing the servers.
