Andy Reid and his "terrible front office" took you to 5 NFC Championship Games and one Super Bowl during his 14 years there.

Howie Roseman was a mistake and a major part of the downfall of the Eagles the past two seasons.

Andy Reid is free of that mistake now and gets to work with one of the best personnel guys in the league in John Dorsey.

The Eagles are still stuck with Howie Roseman and now he is partnered with a HC who has ZERO NFL experience.

Good luck with that combination.
