True ... why could he just use the I'm staying a virgin until i'm married for religious reasons. It would fit right in at Notre Dame and then he could just occasionally go out with a "friend" that's a girl and not worry about it.

If they aren't "out" they can get pretty paranoid about it.

I had a friend once that everyone thought was gay ... every friend he had almost knew he was gay but he was always pretending otherwise. We didn't care so we just let it go. But he did some pretty silly shit just to make it seem like he was straight.
