Adam keeps up his great thoughts working for ESPN.

This is the first paragraph.

Most significant move: The Chiefs decided not to keep tight end Tony Moeaki after he fractured his shoulder in a preseason game. Moeaki may have been able to return to play at some point during the regular season, but the Chiefs decided to move on without him. They kept veteran Anthony Fasano, rookie Travis Kelce and journeyman Kevin Brock at tight end, but the loss of Moeaki leaves a hole. Moeaki had a strong training camp, finally looking like he did as a rookie after missing all of the 2011 season with torn knee ligaments. The Chiefs will have to find his production elsewhere, but it won’t be easy.

Kendrick Lewis needs to have a good year or I'm going expect him cut this off season. Don't know when his contract is up?

Not sure if it was mentioned in here or not, but did you guys notice on the Chiefs depth chart that McCluster is penciled in for both kick and punt return duties?

Did you notice that pencil off the website or Dorsey's laptop :D

Sorry, I couldn't resist. That is interesting. I bet that turd Danny Parkins is gonna open with this Monday.

What an idiot. The guy has barely played but cutting him leaves a hole? Fasano is not bad.

I have no clue. They're apparently going to have Geoff Schwartz back up 3 ****ing spots on the line.

Reynolds was playing okay, too.

He is a UFA after this season, so that works.

I think he loses his job during the season.

I think the season will show Fasano has the best hands on the team.

Numbers game. I thought he did okay but I think Hemingway earned an opportunity.

@BryanBroaddus: Sounds like the Cowboys have made a trade for a DE from Kansas City. Edgar Jones who first came in the league with Baltimore in 2007 6-3 262

Good he has an incentive to work hard for that new contract. He is going have to cover a lot of ground with EB blitz too this year. He is really going be our last line of defense if QBs get passes off against the blitz. So this year he better step up or get ship out.

Now with the blitz packages in place I am hoping Kendrick gets extra INTs from errant or rushed throws.

I was THRILLED with the Fasano signing, and surprised at the lack of enthusiasm the board had for him.
Then I realized that I am one of few has actually watched him play a significant amount.
The guy is SOLID.

makes more sense keeping Martin. That's actually a decent fit adding Jones as a DE in Kiffin's 4-3 under

I too have about had it with Lewis.

Hes not fast, hes not physical and he makes mistakes.

He is right at the top of my list of concerns.
