Zanye Anderson wad elevated from the practice squad when Tyrann missed the Browns game so if anyone has a chance to step up it would be him.

One bite at a time.

And I think he's also understating the impact of 'just 1 guy' in a league that sees coaches spending their every waking moments looking for matchups to exploit.

I'd trade 2 good players and a scrub for 3 average players every time. You just cannot have a gaping hole in an NFL defense - they WILL find it and they'll find it every single time a critical play is needed.

Shits been going for awhile, last year the Raiders attacked Sorensen and Niemann heavily, other teams finally caught on.

Ive always been a big dirty dan supporter and think he deserves a statue in front of arrowhead for his part in getting us tp the superbowl..but yeah its time to go . .its very obvious he cant play at this level. .

Asking him to also learn safety is asking a hell of a lot, especially on the fly.

I don't think you can ask that of someone who's presently taking critical snaps for your defense in several different roles.

I think I saw a few snaps in the 2nd half where Fenton was essentially in a safety role.

His responsibilities would be limited to doubling guys and just not letting anyone best him deep.

I think he would be an immediate upgrade in coverage for a set of plays.

It's kinda cruel to Dirty Dan to send him out there. He knows WTF is going on.

Sorensen has always sucked to anyone who actually watches what happens on every play. He misses tackles all over the place, always, multiple times a game, every game since he got here.

He's made a handful of big plays; and to casual watchers, that's all they see. Is ONE big play worth a dozen blown assignments and missed tackles per game? because that's what he does, week in and week out, season after season.

He's shite. He's always been shite. Now he's lost a step he didn't have in the first place and it's extra-noticeable how shitty he is.

He's garbage.

He is no longer a full time player. He needs to play about 20% of what is he doing.

From his Wikipedia page LMAO

Daniel Sorensen (born March 5, 1990) is the son of all NFL quarterbacks and one of the worst players in league history. He is an American football safety for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Brigham Young. His nickname is "Dirty Dan".[1]

Not to mention the endless amount of brain dead, stupid penalties…a lot of the time in a crucial spot too.

100% of every snap last week. It’s almost like Spags can’t admit a mistake.

petegz28 10-12-2021 08:48 PM

The real liability is the person that keeps putting him on the field.

BlackOp 10-12-2021 08:55 PM

I'll take last night's performance in trade for the endzone hit in the Cleveland Divisional game.

I'll never hate him...just keep him off the field until the playoffs. He's been awful...

Listening to 610 break down the huge Diggs play against Sorensen- they said Spags faked the blitz and then pulled back leaving Allen all day to throw.

Sorensen was left, once again, trying to cover their best player.

Spags defensive schemes have been getting pawned. We can't get pressure with four guys and teams know it.

In defense of Sorenson here. Many NFL players who are fulltime starters strategically loaf at times when they think the play is over or they will no longer be in the play. Others like on defensive line in pass rush situations have admitted to taking plays off to rest.

Sorenson got burnt doing so but if all of the players caught loafing were benches, not many regular starters would be playing.

This all being said, if Chiefs have a clearly superior option, he should start in front of Sorenson. But I wouldn't overreact to a couple of bad plays when the pass rush wasn't very good.

People here don't understand reasonable posts. You're gonna have to do better.
