i wouldn't blame him if he retires

If it's from the 1 in 10 million hit and not something else, he may decide to play again, but I agree, it would be his decision. I think if he comes out fully recovered, he will decide to play.

Well that's ****in' great news.

It's just one of those things though where he might not always be 100% mentally. Kinda like the guys that tear their ACL and then are hesitant to go full speed for fear of it giving out again.

If they they don’t find any other underlying issues I think he plays again .

I imagine so after some time to recover.

I wonder if they will put an implanted cardioverter defibrillator in him to help keep track of his heart. That’s what they did with Christian Eriksen after a similar type of situation over in Europe and he’s back playing again.

Great news!

Play ball!

Bl00dyBizkitz 01-05-2023 10:16 AM

Man, thank god.

72 hours ago we didn't know of he was even going to live.

Rain Man 01-05-2023 10:21 AM

I look forward to him standing on the sidelines at the Super Bowl as the clock winds down with a big grin on his face. And then Patrick Mahomes II comes over and gives him an autographed jersey as he heads toward the stand with the Lombardi trophy on it.

Megatron96 01-05-2023 10:34 AM

Awesome! So great to hear he's awake and apparently there's no brain damage. Now someone punch him for scaring the piss out of the rest of us.
