I never win parlays, and it seems like I'm maddeningly close every time.

Yeah, me neither, usually. Maybe one 2 or 3-legger, tops. Got two already this year. Trying to set a new PB. 3.:)

Another Thursday Night fiasco I forgot to watch.

2 leggers are the way to go. I'll throw in a few 3 leggers per week but those are so much harder to hit than the average person thinks. I have hit two 8 team money liners in college back to back weeks but I pick heavy favorites so they pay about +120. Still, winning is winning. NFL $ liners? Well let's just say my 6 teamer with Baltimore and Dallas (good, go Cards) didn't fare to well.

Yeah, I usually allow myself $40/week for parlays, So I usually bet 3-4 2-leggers. but I don't always bet it all. Last week I hit a 4-legger for $15, so that was pretty cool. Thought I could maybe extend the streak of "more than 2-leggers" to two.:thumb:

After last weeks flukey win, you should have seen these losers around here walking around with their chests puffed out like they just won it all. I got several “Chiefs versus Packers Super Bowl” comments and I just chuckled.

Congrats on beating a mediocre team who lost their starting QB and you still needed help from the officials to win. This team won’t win a game all season against a legit squad. Their coaching is also a joke, Joe Barry can’t even field a competent defense with 8 first round picks on the field.

Today at work should be fun. :)
