Butker is accused of starting a conservative PAC which raised $36K but spent it all on office supplies.

Basically Butker's political fund raiser was the equivalent of Bird Lady's catering the Arrowhead Kingdom Invades Atlanta event

This is going to be predictable. lol. For those that don’t know: “CREW” is a left wing organization associated with the Clintons. (See David Brock. Time magazine: “One of the most influential political operatives in the Democratic party.”) They target conservative politicians and conservative public figures. Their leaders are huge anti-Trumper‘s. Don’t let the org’s name fool you. They get big funding from Soros groups. Not trying to be political here, just illuminating the facts.

Makes me like him even more tbh. The world needs more office supplies.

Not exactly. Says it spent $100 on office supplies and the rest on fundraising.

Lots of nonprofits spend a portion of their funds on fundraising, but not 90%.

Gotcha. Confession: I scrolled for about 3 seconds before losing interest so might have missed some key points in my summary.

It’s really not that exciting.

You could explain it that he hired a bunch of fundraising companies to help him raise money, they barely raised anything, and everything went to them.

It’s bad business rather than something nefarious.

Great take. Appears that partisans are trying to defame Butker & discourage others from making public comments that they disagree with. Will be interesting to see where this story lands with local media if the propaganda has legs. Trying to be non-political, but this thread might be destined for DC. Hoping Butker is back to form when the post-season starts. Go Chiefs!
