No, I think it's a thread filled with emotional responses to a situation that nobody, (on this forum at least), had all the information to.

Everything we were fed lead us to believe Tyreek was some sort of monster. Many of us took the bait hook line and sinker. (Myself included)

Its certainly given me a new prospective on how the media reports and portrays things.

I never voted, but I think I commented yes... even though I really didn't want to. I'm glad I was wrong.

Stop trying to blame the media for your own shortcomings. The media reported fact and opinion and they were easy to discern. As I noted throughout, the default position was clearly to not release, regardless of what other mouth-breathing idiots thought. If the courts convicted him of something, maybe that changes. There was ZERO benefit in releasing him, and you knew that, regardless of your dumbass bravado.

Wrong. The initial polling the first week paints the clear picture. It was 20% righteous saints, 80% dumbass morons.

I voted no relatively early, but for the wrong reason. Things were looking grim with the lies and misinformation that the local media was producing, so my no vote was just that we should either get value from him or hold his rights so that another team wouldn't be able to claim him. I didn't expect him to be able to prove his innocence given the unethical lies that the media was shouting from the rooftops.

I know Tyreek isn't the smartest dude on the planet, but I knew he didn't "PUNCH HIS KID IN THE CHEST" to get him to stop crying. That line ALONE made me believe this bitch was just crazy.

I've experienced Real life scenarios with crazy people (who happen to be female) that make up some bullshit and actually believe it.

I've been in arguments where I've sarcastically said "yeah.... okay" JUST like Tyreek did when she was blaming him about shit.

I was also aware of the shit job the media does in general to get headlines, this is nothing new. People don't care about others live, they care about their own.

I think that's why there was no charges filed on them. They were both wrong for how they punished their son but it wasn't bad enough to be called child abuse.

I didn't vote in the poll because I wanted to wait until facts came out. If it did turn out that he was guilty then I might have voted yes. But if it turned out this was much less than what was being reported (or in this case a big nothing burger) then I would vote no. I never did vote because what's the point now.
