Not making excuses for rice but I’ll take a fumble working too hard over skyys lazy routes any day. Mahomes gonna keep trusting rice. You cannot trust skyy at this point

Sometimes two extra yards aren’t worth it. Especially when he cuts back toward the middle where there will be plenty of extra defenders.

Toward the sideline? Sure. Fumble could bounce out of bounds.
