He had the guy locked up, the guy went with a swim move. It's not holding, same as the times Hali does it, it's not holding.

From that pic you can't tell because it's not a video. It's a still shot. The pic looks like it was holding but...

It depends if Fisher got his hands on him first and had proper placement and then the defender tried to rip underneath and ended up turning into him, then no its not holding.
