I understand what you're saying, but the postseason success stands on its own. You can compare the Ravens' playoff wins, AFCCG appearances, and SBs to franchises with much longer histories--which should bias it in favor of the older franchises--and the Ravens come out ahead of multiple of those teams combined in absolute terms.

2020 - he was injured in the 3rd quarter - concussion had to leave the game

2021 - injured didn't play last month

2022 - injured did't play last month

If you want to compare all-time winning percentages and your success dates from the date of the move, then you want to compare just from that date. If you want to compare total number of playoff wins or super bowl wins, then it would be more advantageous to use an earlier date. The Ravens have won two Super Bowls. 12 NFL teams have never won a SB. Another 4 have won one. 16/32 with fewer SBs than the Ravens. That doesn't need to be adjusted for any advantageous date.
