If The Royals win games 3 and 4, are you actively rooting against them in game 5?

When I thought I absolutely had game 5 tickets for the LCS to see the Royals close it out with Shields, I wanted them to win in game 4 knowing that would be my ONLY chance to go. I sure hope you guys feel the same way.

Is never root against the Royals but sweep the Giants in AT&T? That would be hard to do.

You win ASAP. Home clinch is fantastic but take the win ASAP.

That being said, if you can attend a series clinching game in KC, spend the money. It's a bucket list item that you never know will come again. Even though I paid face value for my series clinching win, looking back on it now, 8 years later. I'd pay thousands for that experience.

Hmm... Royals are flying to San Fran tonight while the Giants spend the night in KC

This. Just win the mother****er in whatever way possible. Preferably in 4. That's off the table, so I'm hoping for 5.

They did the same thing in the St. Louis series.

We drop one in SF. Win it in KC.

Cool that he owned it I guess. But pick a fight with Sal of all players?

Nick Swisher brought up a good point on MLB TV. He said it was a HORRIBLE idea for him to do that. Made him look terrible, but more importantly it allowed him and everyone else watch the Royals all band together for the struggle, while the Giants all stayed in their bullpen. He said that was a HUGE statement.

Honestly, he's big on the Royals nuts though, and is actively rooting for them. LOL

Same with David Ortiz and Pedro Martinez

Why Not? 10-22-2014 10:47 PM

Win ASAP. But it wouldn't suck to come home up 3-2

it'snot going to hurt my feelings if we take the next 3 and I get my money back if that is what you are asking. if we play game 6 great, either I get to see an opportunity to clinch or know that if we want it's for all the marbles in game 7.

That's ALL I wanted to hear Gents. Seems obvious as **** too me, but I was getting confused. Thanks for clarifying! :thumb:

ROFL Pedro made it obvious from the start with his Ned Yost rant during the Wild Card game. He's loving him some Royals, and it doesn't hurt that he's so close with Ace.

Would have been cool if it could have happened on this Saturday night. Looking forward to meeting you.

Mr. Flopnuts 10-22-2014 10:51 PM

Be honest, how ****ing freaked were you when the dude that doesn't hit home runs blasted one to start the game? Wow. I was like "Oh ****. Nope. Can't drink ANYTHING tonight." ROFL

Well sure. But it's going to be clinched in KC. And that is how I hope it goes down.
