A lot of people expected this to be a poor shooting team, but they’ve turned out to be solid. Just need Wilson to be a little more consistent from outside. You never know if he’s going to go 4/6 or 1/7.

This team is really good. As in, we have about as good a chance at repeating as any team I can remember since the Florida squad in the mid 2000's (Noah, Brewer, Horford, etc).

This post sums up how much of a moron you are. Go look at how many fouls were called throughout the game. Tech had just 1 foul the entire first half. Hell, KU didn't even shoot a few throw into late in the game. And there was a blatant charge by a tech player right in front of the ref that was not called. So no, you're incorrect.

I know I've said this before but I really don't get the Fran hate, esp to the level on the Phog.

Fran has always been the impartial (and honestly, overall complimentary toward KU) but it seems since he doesn't suck our D then he's "obviously biased against us". For the most part I agree with what he says, and knows the college game better than almost anyone.

I think Fran is easily the most knowledgeable analyst who does our games on ESPN, both of the B12 and of the KU program itself. I have no issue with him doing our games. He's better than pretty much any other option available because he does actually know what he's talking about.

That said, he's still very clearly often hoping for KU to get upset and that comes through in moments like the end of the game last night when he's focusing on a 7 footer flopping off ball on the final possession of a game (and ignoring Adams just getting destroyed on his dunk). Now that isn't all that different from pretty much any commentator who does our games, but Fran seems less able to hide it at times.

I absolutely love Fran, but he’s pretty complimentary towards Iowa state.
